How to Use

1. Because digestive problems are different for everyone, there is no fixed dosage.
2.  If you usually have a bowel movement 2-3 times every day, then your suggested starting dosage is 1 capsule.    
3. If you usually have a bowel movement once every day, then your suggested starting dosage is 2 capsules.    
4. If you usually have a bowel movement once every 2 days, then your suggested starting dosage is 3 capsules.    
5. If you usually have a bowel movement once every 3-4 days, then your suggested starting dosage is 4 capsules.    
6. If you usually have a bowel movement once every 5-7 days, then your suggested starting dosage is 5 capsules.
